Appointment & Cancellation Policy

Be sure to schedule early.
REMEMBER WE ARE BY APPOINTMENT.

IF THERE ARE NO SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS IN THE LAST HOUR WE MAY CLOSE EARLY - UNLESS YOU HAVE A SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT.

The Copper Zone� requires a minimum 2 hour cancellation notice if you cannot make your appointment. This includes canceling or moving your appointment to a different time.
Failure to call and cancel your appointment will result in a charge to your package.

Please be on time! If you are going to be only a few minutes late, please call and let us know. It is at the discretion of the Salon Professional to determine your tanning time if you arrive late for your appointment.
Customers who are 10 minutes late (or more), by our clock, will not be allowed to tan, and will be charged for their missed appointment. No exceptions.

We strive to be fair to everyone and enforce this policy to ensure that all our customers are able to tan at their scheduled time. We appreciate your cooperation!
