Copper Zone Policy |
|
Visits may be scheduled by appointment. Walk-ins welcome.
All visit and minute packages expire after 12 months.
Unlimited monthly and yearly packages may not be shared.
Customers with packages have priority.
All sales are final.
Prices do not include sales tax.
We accept personal checks, Visa, and Mastercard.
Visit packages may not be "traded-in" for minutes on our SuperBed or DV7.
Please be on time! If you are going to be late and still want to use the remaining portion of your scheduled time, please call and let us know.
Occasionally cancellations are inevitable. If you cannot keep your appointment, we would appreciate a 2-hour cancellation notice. If you do not call to cancel your appointment, or cannot give a 2-hour notice, you will be charged for the visit either from your existing package, or upon your next visit to our salon.
If you have an unlimited monthly package, or an unlimited yearly package, and you fail to make your appointment, or to call and cancel, you will be charged $5.00 for your missed visit.
The Copper Zone provides services to adults. We do not allow unsupervised children in our salon, nor may they wait in the lobby while you tan. If you bring your child with you on an appointment, you will not be allowed to tan.
The Copper Zone is a Cellular-Free Environment. Out of courtesy to others, cell phones must be turned off, or to silent mode, while visiting our salon.
Sanitized eye protection is provided and must be worn on every visit to prevent severe burns and long-term damage to your eyes.
We cannot permit use of unapproved tanning products, including baby oil, drug store products, or any products that were not purchased from a certified tanning salon. These products cause serious and expensive damage to our equipment.
Our Salon Professionals are here to help you develop and maintain a beautiful tan, and therefore will recommend a tanning lotion that will be best for your tanning regiment.

Tanning Tips:
To build your base tan, plan on 2 to 4 consecutive day visits - depending on skin type.
1. Be early or on time.
2. Request Sirius Satellite radio preference at front desk before entering your room.
3. Remove face makeup and pull hair away from face.
4. Always use eye protection provided or sold. Failure to do so will result in severe burns or injuries to the eyes.
5. Leave the room as quickly as possible out of courtesy to others.
